Position Summary
Learning & Development Analyst owns and manages key Learning and Development processes, reporting to the Director of Global Management Systems, and partnering closely with the Director, Learning Operations and Analytics, HR leadership, HR Technology, external vendors, and business stakeholders to drive global learning operations initiatives, ensure operational excellence, maximize learning systems capabilities, and maintain quality standards across programs, systems, reporting, records, budgets, vendors, licenses, and learner experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Own and manage ISO and Compliance Learning and Development operational processes, ensuring consistent execution, continuous improvement, and alignment with business priorities.
- Lead global training and event coordination across multiple time zones, including annual and quarterly training calendars, session scheduling, learner communications, and trainer support.
- Lead intake, prioritization, tracking, and fulfillment of training and professional development requests, partnering with stakeholders, including Executives, to clarify needs, timelines, and success measures.
- Manage programs in Workday Learn/Highspot, including learning pathways, course loads, reporting, learner support, content updates, issue resolution, and optimization of LMS capabilities in partnership with HR Technology.
- Track enrollments, completions, attendance, workshop outcomes, and online learning utilization; produce global and quarterly reporting, summaries, dashboards, and trend analysis.
- Create, oversee, and continuously improve pre- and post-workshop communications, ensuring learners have access to schedules, course materials, learning libraries, and required resources.
- Administer learner surveys, summarize course evaluation results, identify trends, and recommend program or process improvements based on feedback and data.
- Maintain learning libraries, records, document repositories, course materials, and learning resources to support accessibility, consistency, and governance.
- Lead the vendor, subscription, and license management process, including requests, records, renewals, fulfillment, external vendor contract approvals, purchase orders, invoicing, and coordination with internal partners as needed.
- Manage the quality assurance and audit process for courses, programs, and training resources; set timelines, send reminders, review materials, provide feedback, document findings, and escalate items that do not meet L&D; standards.
- Maintain and communicate the L&D; roadmap, providing updates on priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and operational metrics.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for L&D; systems, processes, reporting, communications, learning records, and operational standards; provide guidance to team members and stakeholders on best practices.
- Research learning tools, tips, resources, and delivery approaches for distribution after workshops and to support continued learner engagement.
- Support scheduling and delivery of career development in LMS and Microsoft Teams as needed, while identifying opportunities to streamline and scale recurring processes.
- Lead or contribute to L&D; projects, including process improvements, reporting enhancements, program launches, learning technology improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.

Education
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources,
Instructional Design, Marketing & Communication, Business Administration, or related fields. (or equivalent experience)
Language
- Fluent English required.
Location

Experience
- Progressive experience in Learning and Development, HR operations, instructional design, organizational development, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in training, HR, learning operations, or a related function with systems administration responsibilities
- 3+ years of LMS experience, preferably Workday Learn, including course administration, reporting, learner support, and learning records management
- Experience owning and managing end-to-end processes, workflows, reporting, or program operations
- Experience partnering with HR Technology, external vendors, cross-functional stakeholders, and internal training groups to align standards, processes, and system capabilities
- Experience working for a global company and supporting programs across multiple time zones preferred
- Experience in a high-tech or engineering organization preferred
