We are inviting an experienced Software Product development- Project Manager to lead delivery of AI/Generative AI-driven applications, including chatbots, voice AI systems, and automation platforms.

Part Time assignment-Remote

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end execution of AI projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals.

Key Skills (Must Have):

- Software Product Development- Project Management (Agile / Scrum / Waterfall)

- Experience managing AI / ML / GenAI projects

- Understanding of LLMs, Chatbots, and AI workflows

- Project Planning, Scheduling & Resource Management

- Stakeholder Management & Client Communication

- Risk Management & Issue Resolution

- Budgeting & Cost Control

- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, ClickUp (or similar)

- Experience in AI Chatbots (Text / Voice / Video) projects

- Exposure to Agentic AI, RAG pipelines, or LLM integrations

- Experience in SaaS or multi-tenant platforms





- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- PMP / Scrum Master Certification

- Experience in automation or BPO-related AI solutions

Core Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI-based applications and platforms

- Coordinate with AI engineers, developers, QA, and DevOps teams

- Plan project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews)

- Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution

- Ensure quality delivery of AI solutions (chatbots, voice bots, automation tools)

- Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients regularly

- Track KPIs, performance metrics, and project outcomes

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with delivery standards
