Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Engagement Specialist to drive end-to-end employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, project management, and creative engagement strategies, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver impactful employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement & Strategy

- Plan, design, and execute comprehensive employee engagement programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategic engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and culture.
- Monitor engagement metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve programs.

Event Planning & Execution

- Lead the end-to-end management of engagement events including town halls, cultural activities, team-building events, and celebrations.
- Conceptualize and deliver creative engagement activities that foster collaboration and inclusivity.
- Manage event logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and execution.

Project Management





- Drive multiple engagement initiatives simultaneously with strong project management discipline.
- Track deliverables, timelines, budgets, and outcomes for engagement projects.
- Ensure smooth coordination across internal stakeholders and teams.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (HR, leadership, communications teams) to align engagement efforts.
- Work with procurement and vendors for event planning, material sourcing, and budget management.
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Content Creation & Communication

- Develop engaging internal communication content such as newsletters, email campaigns, event announcements, and employee stories.
- Create visually appealing creatives using tools like Canva and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Ensure solid branding and consistency across all employee-facing materials.
