- Should be Diploma/B. E/M. E/B.Sc/M.Sc(Computer/Electronics)
- Experience with large-scale enterprise migrations and multi-tenant environments.
- Robust Knowledge of M365, Google Workspace, Box, Dropbox migration strategies.
- Conduct pre-migration assessments for Exchange, G Suite, Box, Dropbox, and file shares.
- Validate licensing requirements for Microsoft 365 and cross-tenant migrations (e.g., migration eligibility, add-on licenses).
- Conduct UAT testing for new migration tools and log all the bugs for correction.
- Prepare migration runbooks and timelines for each platform.
- Perform mailbox migrations from Exchange to M365 using Microsoft native tools (Mailbox Replication Service, PowerShell scripts).
- Execute cross-tenant migrations for Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
- Migrate data from G Suite to Microsoft 365 (Gmail Exchange Online, Google Drive OneDrive, Google Sites SharePoint) using Migration Manager and Cloudiway tools.
- Provide L0, L1, and L2 support for in-flight migrations experiencing incidents.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents within defined timelines.




- Escalate unresolved technical issues to engineering teams and maintain knowledge base of known issues and resolutions.
- Ensure proactive communication and status reporting to customers and stakeholders.
- Adhere to deliver operational, incident, and KPI reports as per defined cadence.
- Handle migrations from Box and Dropbox to OneDrive/SharePoint using CSV templates and bulk migration options
- Monitor migration events using admin center, Powershell, Power BI dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Troubleshoot migration failures, resolve header/template issues, and escalate complex cases to engineering teams.
- Act as primary point of contact for migration-related queries.
- Provide proactive status updates and ensure smooth customer experience during migration events.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft security and compliance standards during migrations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of migration processes, issues, and resolutions.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills for global support scenarios.
- Ability to work in a global support environment with multilingual capabilities.
- Should be able to work in 24x7 shifts.
- Microsoft certified - preferred
