We are looking for a Sr Software Testing Engineer -Freelancer /Part time with strong expertise in White Box and Black Box Testing, specifically for AI/Generative AI-driven applications.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, reliability, and performance of AI systems including chatbots, automation platforms, and intelligent workflows.

Key Skills (Must Have):

- Solid experience in Software Testing (Manual + Automation)

- White Box Testing (unit testing, code-level validation)

- Black Box Testing (functional, system, regression testing)

- Experience in testing AI Chatbots (Text / Voice / Video)

- Knowledge of Prompt Testing / AI Response Validation

- Exposure to RAG pipelines and vector databases

- Performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines

- Understanding of data validation and model evaluation metrics

- Testing of AI/ML / GenAI applications

- API Testing (Postman / REST Assured)

- Test Automation (Selenium / PyTest / Playwright)





- Python / Java (for test scripting)

- Understanding of LLMs, Chatbots, and AI workflows

- Test Case Design & Test Planning

- Defect Tracking Tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)

Core Responsibilities:

- Perform White Box Testing: validate internal logic, code coverage, and workflows

- Perform Black Box Testing: validate functionality, UI/UX, and system behavior

- Test AI applications including chatbots, voice bots, and automation systems

- Validate LLM outputs, prompt responses, and edge cases

- Conduct API testing, integration testing, and regression testing

- Design and execute test cases, test plans, and automation scripts

- Identify, log, and track defects through resolution

- Work closely with developers, AI engineers, and product teams

- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of applications
