- Review and process approximately 55 candidate resumes per day, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the client's ATS.
- Perform data validation to maintain a high level of accuracy and data integrity.
- Research and validate missing candidate information using reliable online sources, where required.
- Adhere to client-specific processes, compliance standards, and data privacy requirements.
- Consistently achieve productivity, quality, and SLA targets while collaborating effectively with the team.
