Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or chats.

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software products.

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

- Meet performance targets for call handling time, first-call resolution rate, and quality metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in international technical support (BPO/Call Centre).

- Robust communication skills in English language (spoken & written).

- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.

- Proficiency in handling international voice process calls with minimal accent.
