- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business / Solution Analyst, gathering requirements and defining IT solutions within projects
- Experience producing Target Operating Models / Strategies
- Robust experience with writing Use Cases, User Stories and Acceptance Test scenarios OR Strong usability requirements analysis, process maps
- Experience with Agile (ideally Scrum or SAFe).
- Strong analytical, documentation and verbal communication skills in English.
- Takes complete ownership of delivery of front to back complex functional changes.
- Maintain strong relations with business stakeholders.
- Removes blockers and creates pathways during times of uncertainty to ensure resilience.
- Strong experience of MS Office (typically; Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
and JIRA/Confluence (or similar).
- Experience in technology delivery in a complex organisation
- Experience in business requirements definition and testing
- Delivery of business process documentation
- Excellent planning and reporting skills
Soft Skill Required
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and ever-changing priorities and having extremely flexible to manage workload.
- Able to support aggressive delivery timelines without compromising on quality.
- Work with different stakeholders (HSBC Vendors, Project Manager, ITSO & ITSO Delegates, Support teams) & resolve all technical queries in timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal (English)
- Facilitate escalations to senior management
