Role & responsibilities :

Responsible for adherence to all the statutory requirements applicable

for dispatch of various products.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to forecast product demand.

Perform Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of APIs, excipients, packaging materials, and consumables.

Coordinate production scheduling with Manufacturing, QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse teams.

Preparing purchase orders against shortages of Dispatch & Raw

materials & follow up for the same.

Monitor daily production plans Vs actual, Monitor RM availability in accordance worth the production.Inventory management, raw materials management for zero deterioration.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (FIFO, LIFO).

Should co-ordinate with PDL, R&D; and quality for integrated plan for





exhibit/ Pre-validation batches for next 3M ,12M.

Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely material deliveries.

Develop contingency plans to address supply disruptions and material shortages.

Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.

Keeping track on daily receipt of raw and dispatch materials and update

accordingly.

Preferred candidate profile

Canidate should be robust in his domain.

MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Operations/Supply Chain Management is preferred.

Dealing with DGFT will be added advantage
