Job Description:

We are looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic candidates to join our International Voice & Semi-Voice Process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customer interactions and providing effective solutions to their queries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through voice and semi-voice channels.

- Communicate effectively with international customers.

- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Follow process guidelines and company policies.

- Meet defined quality and productivity targets.

Requirements:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in International Voice, Semi-Voice, BPO, or Customer Support.

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good fluency, pronunciation, and listening skills.





- Customer-oriented approach with good problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

- Immediate joiners.

Selection Process:

1) HR Interview (Walk In)

2) SD Panel Interview

3) Voice Assessment

Shift Timings & Off: 5-days work, week with rotational shifts Predominantly night shifts

Additional Information: Work from office Two-way cab facility available upto 25km radius from office based on the shift timings.
