1. Responsible for preparation of Measuring, Master and External Instruments calibration list and Schedule.
2. Responsible for on time Execution of Measuring, Master and External calibration

Process maintenance

1. Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of Formulation equipments ( STERILE & Non STERILE )
2. Experience on m/c of Vial Washing M/c, Vial Tunnel, Vial Filling and Vial Sealing M/c, Autoclave, Vial Leak test m/c, Vial Labelling M/c, Lyoplizer.
3. Experience on m/c of Tablet counting machine, bottle Unscrambler machine, Labelling machine, Cotton inserter m/c Desiccant inserter m/c, Aluminum foil sealing machine, Capping machine, Outserter machine, Shrink wrap machine etc.
4. Software proficiency (e.g. PLC, SCADA)
5. Responsible for recording and verification of related logbooks and format.

Common Work

1. Responsible for planning of monthly & annual inventory for the work area.
2. Installation,



Operation & maintenance of Equipment.
3. Routine Preventive Maintenance of Equipment. Breakdown Maintenance of Equipment.
4. Maintaining Facility maintenance. Maintain documentation & Logbook related to daily operation.
5. Positive hands on Experience in implementation of cGMP as per requirement of WHO, US-FDA (21 CFR Part11).
6. Responsible to ensure availability of spares / items when PM or BD Job is carried out.
7. Responsible to inspect spares / items procured.
8. Responsible to work as training co-ordinator.
9. Responsible for preparation of preventive maintenance schedules
10. Responsible for preparation and implementation of related SOPs.
11. Responsible for recording and verification of preventive maintenance records and Daily logs.
