Role Overview:

As a Developer in Order Management, you will work on systems that power the full order lifecycle — from order intake to processing, tracking, and delivery. You'll be part of a cross-functional team working closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and other developers to build and improve scalable, reliable solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real business problems in a quick-moving e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain services that support the end-to-end order management flow.
- Build scalable and reliable APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions together with Product and Tech teams.
- Contribute to improving existing systems, flows, and platform performance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.




- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth releases and stable operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3–10 years of back-end development experience, preferably in e-commerce, Order Management, or SaaS environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Experience in backend development and building APIs or microservices.
- Solid understanding of system integrations and distributed systems (e.g. event-driven architectures, APIs).
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a pragmatic approach to development.
- Positive communication skills in English, comfortable working with international stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with cloud platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to e-commerce or order-flow domains.
