Role & responsibilities

- Implement and monitor HSE policies across project sites.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, hazard identification, and risk assessments (HIRA/JSA).
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements, and company HSE standards.
- Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, training, and awareness programs.
- Manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for high-risk activities including work at height, lifting, hot work, excavation, and confined space entry.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure availability and proper use of PPE, fall protection systems, and firefighting equipment.
- Plan and conduct emergency response drills and maintain emergency preparedness.




- Monitor contractor safety performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain HSE records, statutory documentation, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and government authorities on safety matters.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, ADIS, or equivalent safety certification is preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication, and contractor management skills.
