About the Role
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer with 35 years of experience in designing seamless and engaging experiences for SaaS and IT products. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability standards, and interaction design. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive digital experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and product usability.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to understand user behavior and business requirements.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for SaaS platforms and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and user experience strategies.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Ensure consistency across products by following design standards, usability guidelines, and design systems.
• Work closely with UI designers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of UX designs.
• Analyze user feedback, product analytics, and performance insights to optimize the overall experience.
• Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.





Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably in SaaS or IT product environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies, user research, wireframes, and problem-solving approaches.
• Good understanding of usability principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
• Hands-on experience with UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or similar.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting user feedback.
• Basic understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working on B2B SaaS products or enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
• Exposure to product analytics tools and data-driven design decisions.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage.
