About the Role
We are building a high-performance OTT platform, zero-rated content system, and an ad-based gaming portal with integrated billing systems.

We are looking for hands-on Full Stack Developers who can take ownership of a project/module and contribute across backend, frontend, and system-level tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of a project or core module
- Develop and maintain backend services using PHP (custom MVC preferred)
- Build responsive UI using JavaScript, CSS, and React.js
- Design and consume REST APIs
- Work on billing systems (subscriptions, rentals, payments) and integrate payment gateways
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and low latency
- Implement caching using Redis / Memcache
- Work with MySQL and MongoDB databases
- Debug production issues and ensure system stability
- Collaborate with other developers on shared components and integrations
- Work across multiple projects when required
Required Skills
- Strong fundamentals in PHP and MySQL
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Basic experience with React.js
- Understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
- Experience with Git version control
- Basic knowledge of Linux environment and web servers (Nginx)




- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Valuable to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with payment gateway integrations (Razorpay, Stripe, Paytm, etc.)
- Familiarity with Redis / Memcache (caching concepts)
- Exposure to RabbitMQ or background job processing
- Experience with OTT / video streaming platforms
- Knowledge of ad integrations or gaming platforms
Ownership & Work Model
- Each developer will own one project or module end-to-end
- Responsible for feature development, bug fixes, and delivery
- Collaborate on shared systems (e.g., billing, auth, APIs)
