Qualification - Intermediate or Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate

Experience - Minimum 1 year experience required either in chat process or email process or semi voice process or blended process or international voice process or international non voice process

Excellent communication skills in English required

Working Hours - 8 hours shift

Split Shifts and Rotational Week Off (1 week Off)

Shift Timings -

1.30 pm Afternoon to 5.30 pm Evening @ 1st Split Working

5.30 pm Evening to 9.30 pm Night @ Break

9.30 pm to 1.30 am Morning @ 2nd Split Working

Transportation - Not Provided

6 Days Working

CTC Range -

Salary - 24K Take Home Salary

First Round is Telephonic

Final Round is Face To Face Interview

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via chat to provide support and resolve issues.

Manage escalations effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
