- Act as a team player, collaborating with developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Provide robust front-end development expertise using ReactJS, focusing on performance, usability, and responsive design
- Apply solid back-end development skills using .NET, building scalable APIs and services
- Design, develop, and maintain applications leveraging Azure cloud services (e.g., App Services, Functions, storage)
- Lead and manage the development team, offering technical guidance, mentoring, and support
- Oversee task planning, code reviews, and enforcement of development best practices
- Work closely to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Liaise with business users and stakeholders to gather feedback, clarify needs, and ensure successful outcomes
- Drive end-to-end delivery across front-end (ReactJS), back-end (.NET), and cloud (Azure) environments
