Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to join our Customer Service CORE (CS CORE) team. The team is responsible for maintaining, improving, and modernizing the core applications and services powering Customer Service operations across the company — including Nexus (our in-house CS Order Management Portal), CS microservices and APIs, and integrations with Zendesk, chatbot platforms, and AI-powered CS applications. As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in designing and building scalable, maintainable, and highly reliable systems that directly support Customer Service operations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Nexus and Customer Service domain microservices.
- Contribute to the modernization of legacy systems and migration toward modern architecture and frameworks.
- Design and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance backend services and APIs.
- Build and maintain frontend functionality using Vue.js and Vuetify.
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs consumed by CS AI applications, chatbot platforms, Zendesk integrations, and more.
- Contribute to decoupling and redesigning existing monolithic services into domain-oriented microservices.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps engineers to ensure CI/CD, monitoring, and observability best practices.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and improve system stability and reliability.
- Ensure high standards in code quality, automated testing, documentation, and maintainability.
- Contribute to the automated testing strategy and engineering best practices.
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.




- Improve system observability using tools such as Datadog.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and engineering quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, Vue.js, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Vue 3, Vuetify, and up-to-date frontend development practices.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable backend services.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch, event-driven systems, and asynchronous architectures.
- Strong experience in debugging, incident resolution, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools, preferably Datadog.
- Active usage of AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot, Cursor AI, or similar.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

- Experience modernizing legacy applications.

- Experience in e-commerce or Customer Service technology domains.
