Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our Finance & Accounts team in managing day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, be proficient in accounting software, and possess robust organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Maintain accounting records, vouchers, and financial documents.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payment-related queries.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
