- 7-10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with solid focus on RPA Testing, Automation, Python, AI/ML.
- AI/ML testing experience (LLM, RAG, Agentic workflows)
- Understanding of machine learning concepts (model evaluation, drift, bias)
- Experience testing AI-driven applications (non-deterministic outputs)
- Prompt engineering and validation
- Data validation and pipeline testing
- Testing Model drifts, Performance, and bias.
- Ability to handle multiple activities with changing priorities and escalate risks
- Experience in database testing and backend validation
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (joins, subqueries, aggregations)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
