Junior Interior Designer (1-2 years exp) & Senior Interior Designer ( 3-4 years exp)
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of interior design projects from concept handover to final completion.
- Interpret architectural drawings and convert them into detailed execution drawings.
- Prepare comprehensive working drawings including:
Furniture Layouts
Ceiling Layouts
Flooring Plans
Electrical & Lighting Layouts
HVAC Coordination
Plumbing Coordination
Joinery Details
Kitchen & Wardrobe Details
Interior Elevations
Sections and Construction Details
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and site engineers.
- Supervise site execution to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve on-site design challenges.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and procurement schedules.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for sourcing finishes, furniture, lighting, sanitary ware, and accessories.
- Review shop drawings submitted by vendors.
- Mentor junior designers and support their technical development.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company quality guidelines.
Required Skills
- Expert knowledge of AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp
- 3Ds Max / V-Ray
- Adobe Photoshop
- MS Office
- Knowledge of BIM/Revit (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of residential interior detailing.
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, modular systems, and luxury interiors.
- Vendor management and project coordination.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
