Role:
HR Executive

Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Provide recruitment consulting services to clients across various industries to understand their hiring requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates to secure the best possible offer for both parties.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.

Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition in a BPO/Call Centre environment.
- Robust understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
