Qualification: Under-grad/Graduate/Post graduate

Experience : 1-6yrs (6months exp in International voice process mandatory)

Notice period : Immediate

Work location: Manikonda, Hyderabad

Working days: 5 Days Work & 2 Days Off

Salary: Decent hike on LCTC (Max budget 5.5LPA)

Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week off

Cab facility: 1 way cab provided

Roles & Responsibilities:

*Provide technical support (troubleshooting Network/Printer related issues)

*Address customer issues promptly, providing effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and trust.

*Need to collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve merchant concerns,



maintain positive client relationship and reducing churn.

WORK LOCATION: Hyderabad. DivyaSree TechRidge, Block P2, (North Wing) 7th Floor, Manikonda, Hyderabad 500089
