The Patient Counsellor Marketing is responsible for guiding patients through treatment options, explaining procedures and packages, converting enquiries into consultations, maintaining patient relationships, and supporting the hospital's marketing and business growth initiatives while ensuring excellent patient care.

Preferred candidate profile

Counsel patients regarding treatments, procedures, and healthcare services.

Explain treatment plans, packages, and estimated costs.

Ensure a smooth patient journey from enquiry to treatment

Coordinate with reception, billing, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.

Maintain enquiry and conversion records using CRM or Hospital Management Software.
