Interns will gain hands-on exposure across multiple operations functions and work directly alongside senior leadership. Successful candidates are self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious.

Work Mode: 5 Days Working (Monday to Friday)

Shift Timings: Night Shift (6:30 PM -3:30 AM IST)

About the Role
Operations Interns at Client will rotate across various functions within operations during the 6-month internship period. This structured program is designed to assess each intern's strengths and identify the best long-term placement within the company's Operations teams including Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Servicing. We collaborate with each person to align their strengths and interests when determining permanent placement.
Essential Job Functions
1) Support the team in day-to-day operations tasks across Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Servicing functions.
2) Assist in indexing, naming, and categorizing financial and corporate documents accurately.
3) Learn and apply operational workflows, tools, and processes under the guidance of senior team members.
4) Contribute to data collection, entry, and basic analysis to support operational reporting.
5) Participate in training sessions and assessment activities during the internship period.
6)



Collaborate with team members to identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
