Aptitude TrainerDesignationAptitude TrainerFunctional Area Learning & Development No of Openings The objective of the position The role is part of GROW, a flagship program of Dr. Reddy s Foundation, aimed at developing employability skills and enabling youth to secure jobs in the private sector. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for designing, and delivering aptitude training for GROW PwD L2 program, GROW Tech program, KARVJC students and drive learning outcomes and measure the learning outcomes through pre, formative and post assessments. Major Deliverables

1. Ensure Pharma technology students would be prepared for Aptitude assessments to secure placements in DRL SMT program / Similar programs.

Design the curriculum, deliver the curriculum, oversee the curriculum delivery by respective lecturers, measure the progress, create remedial sessions to improve further.

1. Ensure GROW PwD L2, GROW Tech program students would be prepared for Aptitude assessments to secure placements in MNCs.

Deliver engaging virtual sessions on aptitude topics including quantitative reasoning, logical thinking, and data interpretation.
Align the curriculum to Versant / AMCAT.

1. Assessment & Evaluation:

Design and conduct aptitude tests as per the curriculum.
Evaluate learner performance and provide actionable feedback to improve outcomes.
