We are looking for a skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer with 2 - 5 years of experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, GitHub, AWS, Docker, CI/CD Pipelines, Microservices Architecture, and System Design. The role requires technical ownership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript.
- Develop secure and high-performance RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and optimize MongoDB databases.
- Implement Microservices Architecture and contribute to System Design discussions.
- Deploy and maintain applications on AWS using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Write clean, maintainable code, perform code reviews, and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned features and deliver them on time.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical growth.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Promote coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
