1. Service Manager

- Operational Problem Solving: Troubleshoot operational issues in refrigeration systems and manage customer interactions.
- Business Development: Drive the service business, look after Spare Parts procurement, and handle Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) business development.
- Team Leadership: Manage service engineers and technicians.
- Quality Assurance: Collect customer feedback upon the successful completion of service works.

2. Service Engineers

- Field Troubleshooting: Solve practical, hands-on problems that arise in active refrigeration systems.
- Project Commissioning: Oversee the testing and commissioning of new projects.
- Resource & Team Management: Track spare parts consumption and manage/guide field technicians.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong, positive relationships with customers in office.

3. Service Technicians

- Direct Execution: Attend to and resolve active service problems in refrigeration systems.
- Escalation Protocol: Identify critical issues, discuss them with the Service Engineer or Service Manager, and execute repairs following their instructions.Role & responsibilities
