Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our client's healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling patients, scheduling appointments, handling inbound and outbound calls, answering patient queries, and maintaining accurate call records. Candidates with valuable communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply. No medical background is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call patients to schedule eye check-up appointments.
- Remind patients about upcoming appointments.
- Handle inbound calls and assist patients with their queries.
- Follow up with patients after their hospital visit.
- Maintain and update patient details and call records in the system.
- Achieve daily call targets assigned by the Team Leader.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.




- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates are preferred.
- 2+years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, BPO, or Healthcare (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
- Good listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, patient, and customer-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of computers and mobile applications.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
