About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader Tele Sales to lead a team of tele sales executives in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in achieving sales targets, and the ability to motivate and coach team members to maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Tele Sales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance through regular reviews, call monitoring, and coaching sessions.
- Drive insurance sales by ensuring adherence to sales processes and quality standards.
- Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching.
- Analyze sales reports, productivity metrics, and conversion ratios to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with training, quality, and operations teams to improve team effectiveness.
- Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions.




- Maintain accurate MIS reports and share performance updates with management.
- Foster a high-performance, positive, and collaborative team culture.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 25 years of experience in Tele Sales, with at least 1 year in a Team Leader or supervisory role.
- Prior experience in the Insurance, BFSI, or Financial Services sector is highly preferred.
- Robust understanding of tele sales operations, KPIs, and sales management.

- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Target-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems is preferred.
