Role & responsibilities
- Design and lead the end-to-end talent management strategy, including talent acquisition, development, engagement and retention, aligned to organisational goals.
- Build and own competency frameworks, career paths and talent review processes across levels and functions.
- Architect the learning and development agenda training needs analysis, capability-building programmes, leadership development and management effectiveness.
- Establish and run structured talent review and high-potential identification processes to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
- Partner with business and functional leaders to translate workforce needs into actionable talent plans.
- Strengthen the performance management framework and link it to development, rewards and career progression.
- Drive employee engagement, culture and retention initiatives using data and feedback mechanisms.
- Define metrics and dashboards to measure the effectiveness and ROI of talent and development interventions.
- Lead, mentor and develop the talent management and L&D; team.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with external training partners, academic institutions, and HR consultants to support organizational capability development.
- Lead and oversee all core HR functions, providing strategic direction and guidance to the HR team to achieve organizational goals and business objectives.
- Leverage prior experience in highly automated and digital HR environments to drive technology adoption, process optimization, and user acceptance across the organization.
- Stay abreast of emerging HR trends, industry best practices, and regulatory developments, evaluating and implementing relevant initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Foster and reinforce the organization's culture by embedding its core values, promoting employee engagement, and driving culture-building initiatives across all levels of the organization.

Preferred candidate profile
* Desired profile should be age group between 40-45 years
* Master's degree / MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management (a full-time HR specialisation preferred)
* 15-20 years of relevant HR experience, with a substantial portion in the specialised function of the role
* Skilled proficiency in English and Telugu (spoken and written)

- Strong strategic and business orientation with the ability to link talent outcomes to business results.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort using data to drive decisions.
