Key Responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and on boarding
Coordinating with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline
Handling candidate engagement and interview scheduling
Ensuring a smooth on boarding experience for new hires
Maintaining recruitment MIS and related HR documentation
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in HR with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in BFSI/NBFC recruitment is preferred
