Job Description:

Job Title: Team Lead IT Recruitment(Immediate Joiner ONLY)

Location : KPHB 6th Phase.(10 Kms ).

Mode of work: On-site

Shift Hours : Day Shift (9.30 AM 6.30 PM) Monday to Friday,

Saturday (8:30 AM 1:30 PM)

Duration : Full Time/ Permanent

Note: Only candidates with domestic IT recruitment experience in the staffing industry are eligible

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters, ensuring recruitment goals are met.
- Hand-On experience with POC's Handling and team handling.
- Develop and execute C2H / FTE hiring strategies tailored to the IT industry.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.




- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience as a Team Lead , specifically in C2H/FTE hiring.
- Proven experience in Team and Client Handling.
- In-depth knowledge of the telecom industry and its talent needs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
