Role & responsibilities

Executive Industrial Sales (Auto Refinish) to drive business growth across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. The role is responsible for developing and managing Body Shop business, increasing market share, acquiring new customers, and maintaining long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, workshops, and automobile body shops.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Auto Refinish Paint sales across the assigned territory.
- Manage and develop Body Shop business.
- Acquire recent Body Shop customers and retain existing ones.
- Handle dealer, distributor, trader, and workshop networks.
- Conduct customer visits and provide technical/product consultations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-6 years of experience in Auto Refinish Paint Sales.
- Experience handling Body Shops, Workshops, Garages, Accident
- Experience in Industrial Coatings or Project Sales.
- Strong B2B sales experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Local language proficiency preferred.
