About PropChk

PropChk is India's leading technology-enabled Property Inspection company, developing AI-powered solutions for Property Inspections, Quality Audits, Defect Management, Project Monitoring and Construction Analytics.

We are looking for a passionate Technical Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong product management capabilities along with hands-on technical expertise in modern application architecture, cloud technologies and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy

- Own the complete product lifecycle from concept to deployment.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Prepare PRDs, user stories, workflows and technical specifications.
- Define product roadmap, feature prioritization and release planning.

Product Development

- Lead development of web and mobile applications.
- Work closely with internal developers, UI/UX designers and external technology partners.
- Review application architecture and ensure scalable, secure and high-performance solutions.
- Manage sprint planning, product releases and version upgrades.

AI & Innovation

- Drive adoption of AI, Machine Learning and automation across PropChk products.
- Evaluate and implement technologies such as Computer Vision, Digital Twins, IoT and Drone-based inspections.
- Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) for emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve customer experience.

Cloud & Integrations

- Oversee AWS-based cloud infrastructure.
- Design and manage API integrations with internal and third-party platforms.
- Ensure application security, scalability and performance.

Product Quality

- Coordinate testing, UAT and production releases.




- Monitor product performance and user adoption.
- Manage bug fixes, enhancements and continuous product improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner with Operations, Sales, Quality, Customer Success and Leadership teams.
- Convert operational challenges into technology-driven solutions.
- Coordinate with external vendors and implementation partners.

Educational Qualification

Mandatory

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology or Software Engineering.

Preferred

- MBA in Technology Management / Product Management.
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, AWS, AI/ML or Product Management.

Experience

- 8-10 years in Product Management, Software Development or Enterprise Application Development.
- Experience building SaaS or enterprise software products.
- Strong exposure to Agile development methodologies.
- Experience working with AI-enabled products is preferred.
- Prior experience in PropTech, ConTech or Real Estate Technology will be an added advantage.
