Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated fresher to support finance operations and patient coordination. The role involves handling billing, assisting patients through their treatment journey, and coordinating with hospitals and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts, billing, and receivables
- Coordinate with hospitals for treatment and admission processes
- Support patients via phone/email throughout treatment
- Share updates with sponsors (insurance, employers, etc.)
- Manage additional patient requirements and coordination tasks
Requirements:
- Graduate (Finance/Healthcare preferred)
- Positive communication skills in English
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Quick learner with a solution-oriented mindset
