- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) equipment.
- Perform dimensional inspections on machined and fabricated components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T.;
- Generate and maintain inspection reports.
- Identify and report non-conforming products.
- Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to ensure product compliance.
- Maintain CMM equipment and ensure proper calibration practices.
- - Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 10 years’ experience with CMM software PC-DMIS.
- Experience in precision machining, aerospace, or defense manufacturing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards.
- Proven experience operating CMM equipment.
- Robust understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.;




- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments (Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, Height Gauges, etc.).

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; accurately.
- Experience with CMM programming and inspection software.
- Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage inspection priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft O ice (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of CNC machining processes and manufacturing tolerances is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
