Roles and Responsibilities
1. Testing and Inspection
a.Coordinate in inspecting raw material
b. Assist in in-process, finished goods, and third-party inspection
2. Documentation and Compliance
a. Keep a record of everyday quality checks
b. Maintain RCA and CAPA
c. Abide by the ISO system
d. Try to implement the Lean concept
3. Quality Policy implementation
a. Create QA policy and procedure and get it implemented
b. Plan an internal audit to check the implementation of the applied QA Policy
4. Certification and Vendor approval
a. Renewing existing vendor approval on time
b. Applying for New Vendor Approval
c. Applying for recent certificates and getting all the documents ready
d. Take internal audits to prepare for the External audit
