We are seeking a Finance Data Analyst/Sr. Analyst to join our Global Business Services organization. The organization develops and manages business service centers to execute accounting and transactional activities resulting in efficiency, quality, and enhanced strategic decision support. The Analyst/Sr. Analyst analyzes the financial aspects of leases, obtaining supporting documentation, coordinating with other groups, and overseeing the progress and invoicing to customers as a part of billing activity. He/She prepares financial presentations and both customized and boilerplate reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing contract information to support financial reporting requirements, as well as any management requirements and reporting needs.

- Perform the end-to-end billing process, ensuring seamless invoice processing to customers.
- Review key financial terms of various contracts to support internal customers needs.




- Analyze and interpret leases to identify clauses that help assess and manage the Company's financials, including terms such as term length, termination rights, and billing amounts.
- Analyze requests to correct/change information from existing contracts that is maintained in the ERP system; support internal customers with post-revision financial information.
- Conducts monthly pre-billing review and data quality analysis to verify complete accuracy of invoices delivered to customers and providers
- Work closely with the Lease Abstraction, Lease Administration, Land Management, Legal, Landlord Relations, and Finance departments to implement and/or support process improvements and develop best practices; Clarify and communicate contract terms for others; work with global stakeholders on contract interpretation and pricing issues.
