Role & responsibilities

1) Supervise daily construction activities related to pile foundation, well foundation, pile caps, retaining structures, and RCC works.

2) Monitor bored cast-in-situ piles, driven piles, and well sinking operations.

3) Coordinate piling rigs, cranes, excavators, tremie pipes, concrete pumps, bentonite plants, and other equipment.

4) Monitor reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, pile integrity, verticality, cut-off levels, and well foundation dimensions.

5) Monitor material consumption and ensure timely availability of steel, cement, concrete, bentonite, casing pipes, and aggregates.

6) Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, QA/QC, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

7) Ensure compliance with HSE standards, PPE usage, toolbox talks, and permit systems.

8) Allocate work to skilled and unskilled labour, operators, and subcontractors.

Preferred candidate profile

1) Candidate must have Pile Foundation or Well Foundation projects experience.

2) Minimum Experience required 3+ years

3) Candidate willing to relocate any where in India
