Salesforce Architecture End-to-end solution design, LDV handling, limit-aware design
Apex & LWC Robust hands-on coding must write and review Apex & LWC code directly
Data Modeling Objects, relationships, indexing, archival strategies
Security Model Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Model, FLS
Async Processing Queueable, Batch Apex, Future methods
Integration MuleSoft or equivalent, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC
Agentforce MUST HAVE Hands-on working experience with Agentforce (Topics, Sub-agents, Prompt Design)
Data Cloud MUST HAVE Hands-on working experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (ingestion, harmonisation, identity resolution)
Problem Solving Evaluate trade-offs and recommend optimal solutions
Communication Clear articulation of decisions to business & technical stakeholders
