* Recruit & onboard new agents / brokers

* Activate and manage agency channel

* Build robust relationships to drive health insurance business

* Achieve *GWP (Gross Written Premium)* targets

*Key Responsibilities*

*Agent Recruitment & Empanelment*

* Identify high-potential agents & brokers

* Onboard agencies in target locations

* Share updates, guidelines & generate leads

* Focus on health insurance channel expansion

*Sales Growth & Performance*

* Set monthly sales targets for agents

* Monitor performance & ensure activation

* Drive renewals & retention

* Promote online renewals

*Agent Management & Training*

* Maintain long-term relationships with agents





* Resolve issues & provide support

* Conduct product & cross-selling trainings

* Improve product awareness

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: *6 Months 4 Years in Sales (Insurance Preferred)*

Knowledge: General Insurance (GI) products preferred
