Job Summary

Experis, a global leader in IT staffing and workforce solutions under the ManpowerGroup umbrella, is seeking a highly motivated US IT Recruiter to support enterprise and mid-market clients across the United States. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of IT professionals, partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent in fast-paced and competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions for US-based clients
- Partner with account managers and delivery teams to understand client requirements, skill needs, and timelines
- Source candidates using job boards, internal databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking strategies
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, cultural fit, and client expectations
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and US clients across multiple time zones
- Negotiate pay rates and compensation packages in line with client budgets and market trends
- Ensure compliance with US labour laws, hiring standards,



and company policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS and CRM systems
- Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline for recurring and future requirements
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly hiring targets, KPIs, and SLAs

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on US IT recruiting experience
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and skill sets, including but not limited to:
- Software Development, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Infrastructure, and ERP

- Experience working with US clients and MSP/VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working in US shifts
- Proficient with ATS tools, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with staffing agencies or global consulting firms
- Prior experience recruiting for Fortune 500 or enterprise clients
- Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) is a strong plus
