Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer with strong expertise in C# and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) technologies to develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade voice applications. The ideal candidate should have experience integrating IVR platforms with backend systems and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and the .NET Framework/.NET Core.
- Develop, customize, and support IVR applications for customer service and contact center solutions.
- Integrate IVR systems with web services, APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IVR call flows, backend integrations, and application performance.
- Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and software development methodologies.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of experience in .NET development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET,



.NET Core/.NET Framework, and Web APIs.
- Hands-on experience with IVR platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco CVP, Amazon Connect, Nuance, or similar.
- Experience designing and implementing IVR call flows and voice applications.
- Positive understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, and backend integrations.
- Experience with SQL Server and database design.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar version control and CI/CD tools.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, CTI, and contact center technologies.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and automated deployment pipelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in .NET or IVR technologies are an added advantage.
