Consumer Banking and Cards Solutions & Transformation Lead

Who are we looking for?

- A seasoned Solutions & Transformation Leader with an exceptional track record of owning end-to-end solutions both functional and technical for very large banking transformation programs within Consumer / Retail Banking, including the Credit Card Issuing domain.
- With the intent to design and deliver innovative recent solutions in the Consumer Banking LoB, spanning enterprise scale technology powered business transformation and technology modernization/transformation.
- A successful incumbent should have had a high degree of success owning the overall solution vision for large, multi-year transformation initiatives that impact key business metrics at leading consumer banks and card issuers in the US or European markets.
- S/he would work closely with our functional and technical teams, engaging subject matter and technical experts to validate every aspect of the solution, ensuring solutions are achievable and represent our best-effort response to the goals and challenges presented by our clients.

What you'll be doing

- Own the overall solution vision functional and technical for very large banking transformation projects, addressing all goals as set out by our customers.
- Work with technical and functional teams to realize the solution vision, engaging subject matter and technical experts in specific areas to validate every aspect of the solution.
- Through personal experience, research and analysis, build a model of the clients problem domain without needing to conduct interviews with customers.
- Create presentations & collateral independently
- Run solutioning workshops with clients,



providing thought leadership and guiding all solution team members
- Guide program managers and project managers, helping them establish terms of reference and deliver program goals
- Guide dev teams to create PoCs and pilots to prove, validate or rapidly prototype solutions
- Provide domain support for technology centric projects
- Legacy Modernization & Digital Transformation
- Appropriate responsible and controlled implementation of AI, distributed ledger and other disruptive technologies
- Data & Analytics Platforms
- Present capabilities and credentials to clients, analysts and advisors.
- You will be responsible to support direct revenue growth in the Consumer Banking LoB.

Who were looking for:

- At least 10 years of transformation leadership experience, including at least 2 large multi-year projects involving teams of over 50 people across all roles.
- Deep understanding of consumer / retail banking, especially in the US or Europe. Products understood include deposits, cards, small business banking, secured lending and unsecured lending, along with the operations and departments in the bank that support all of these products.
- Awareness of largest cores across banking and cards. Banking: Temenos; ThoughtMachine Vault; Mambu; Jack Henry; Fiserv Signature, DNA or Finxact; FIS Profile or IBS. Experience in legacy cores like Hogan, Systematics, etc. would be useful. Cards: TSYS, VisionPlus, Optis (FirstData)
- Excellent communication skills are a must able to create presentations independently, run solutioning workshops and use collaboration tools like LucidCharts.
- Must be able to use all productivity tools common to projects, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, etc.
