Role & responsibilities

Supervision and monitoring of day-to-day civil site activities
Checking measurements and quantity verification at site
Ensuring work execution as per drawings, specifications, and project instructions
Coordination with contractors, vendors, and site teams
Monitoring progress, quality standards, and timelines
Maintaining site records, reports, and documentation
Supporting quality control and compliance requirements

Junior engineers typically assist in site inspections, measurements, coordination, and documentation to ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects
Sound knowledge of site execution and measurement procedures
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Positive communication and coordination skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, reports, documentation)
