Responsibilities:

Lead Identification & Validation:

- Identifying potential IHB leads within the assigned area
- Validate construction sites & tag them to the nearest retail counters.

Customer Engagement & Follow Up:

- Maintain continuous engagement with customers until repeat usage of materials is confirmed.
- Educate customers on Rustguard & its benefits in construction.
- Serve as a liaison between IHB, Master Masons, and retail counters to ensure smooth operations.

Mason & Engineer Engagement:

- Ensure Master Masons are registered on Jeevan Saathi & maintain 80% active engagement throughout the year.
- Organize small Mason meets to build strong relationships and encourage product loyalty.
- Register Civil Engineers with Bandhan & ensure regular follow-up on their engagement.

Casting Services Support:

- Provide support for casting services, ensuring quality & timely execution.
- Coordinate with the technical team for casting-related requirements & solutions.





Training & Development:

- Conduct regular interactions with master masons, retail counters

Desired Candidature:

- Solid communication & interpersonal skills to build relationships with IHBs, Masons & Retail Counters.
- Ability to work independently & manage a diverse set of responsibilities.
- Understanding of building material products, specially TMT bars & RustGurad.
- Basic technical knowledge in construction & ability to provide casting services support.
- Two wheeler is mandatory.
- Has to be smart with good communication (In Local Language and English)
- Within the age bracket of 22 to 25.
- 0 to 3 years of field experience in the Steel/Cement industry is preferred.
- Qualification : - B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Graduation - Any (Must)
