We are looking for a Business Process Executive with strong experience in business analytics, MIS reporting, financial analysis, and operational reporting. The role involves managing MIS reports, analyzing business performance, preparing PL statements, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounts, operations, financial reporting, and business performance metrics with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

- Manage the preparation, analysis, and presentation of Management Information System (MIS) reports to support business decisions.
- Prepare and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports covering business performance, financial metrics, and operational insights.
- Develop and analyze Profit Loss (PL) statements, balance sheets, and financial performance reports.
- Conduct Budget vs. Actual analysis and prepare variance reports highlighting key deviations and business impact.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare business performance dashboards and executive reports for management review.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Work closely with Finance, Accounts, and Operations teams for data collection, validation, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy.
- Ensure timely reporting with data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal processes.
- Generate forecasting and trend analysis reports to support business planning and decision-making.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
- Support management review meetings by preparing presentations, reports,



and business performance summaries.
- Drive process improvements by identifying gaps and recommending solutions through data-driven analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Accounts and Operations with strong exposure to MIS reporting and business analysis.
- Hands-on experience in preparing financial reports, operational dashboards, and management presentations.
- Strong understanding of PL statements, revenue analysis, cost analysis, and profitability metrics.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting automation, and performance tracking.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
- Experience with MS Project and business reporting tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage reporting timelines.
