Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Project Sales professional to drive business development and sales for Solar EPC projects in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) segment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth and achieve order booking and revenue targets.
- Develop business opportunities across C&I;, Industrial, PSU, Utility, Government, and Corporate segments.
- Identify and acquire new clients for Solar / EPC projects.
- Manage key customer relationships and develop strategic accounts.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and deal closures.
- Monitor collections, receivables, and cash flow management.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Projects, and Finance teams for proposal preparation and project execution.




- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Track market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities in the renewable energy sector.

Requirements:

- Any Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 5 - 12 years of experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Power, Electrical EPC sectors.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Key Account Management, and Revenue Growth.
- Strong network within PSU, Utility, Industrial, Manufacturing, Corporate, and C&I; customer segments.
- Experience in large-value EPC deal closures and commercial negotiations.
- Exposure to contract management, collections, and cash flow management.
- Solid leadership and team management capabilities.
