ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and evaluate potential clients across multiple geographies and intervention types.




- Building and managing relationships with prospective clients and guide eligible leads through the conversion process.
- Conduct market and research to identify opportunities for carbon project development.
- Lead pre-feasibility assessments with a sound understanding of carbon project eligibility and requirements.
- Prepare and deliver client-specific materials such as concept notes, feasibility summaries, and presentations.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for the project development
- Act as a key client point of contact, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Support proposal development and assist in closing eligible opportunities.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- BE/BSC/MSC Physics/Maths/CSE/Civil/MBA or related field (Preferred)
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
- Teamwork and decision-making skills

Negotiation skills and proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
